DNA Test Kits
Once a DNA test kit has been shipped, we are unable to issue a refund. However, if your kit is lost or damaged in transit, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
Due to the nature of our digital wellness content and learning series, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [your support email] and we’ll be happy to assist.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Coaching or Custom Add-Ons (if applicable)
If you’ve purchased a personalized service or add-on, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on usage and delivery status.
