    6 FIT

    Ages 11-12

    Helping middle schoolers transition with self-awareness, balance, and wellness.

    Introduces tweens to foundational fitness routines, balanced nutrition education, and mindfulness exercises to support personal growth and resilience.

    7 FIT

    Ages 12-13

    Building resilience, emotional strength, and personal accountability for busy students.

    Builds on prior knowledge, emphasizing self-awareness, goal-setting, and the impact of healthy choices on academic and social success.

    8 FIT

    Ages 13-14

    Preparing eighth graders for high school with leadership and wellness skills.

    Prepares students for the transition to high school by teaching advanced wellness concepts, including stress management, fitness planning, and nutrition literacy.
