Each program offers tailored pathways to build emotional resilience, foster physical well-being, and nurture lifelong healthy habits. From early childhood to adulthood, our comprehensive programs are structured to empower participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in every stage of life.

    K FIT

    Ages 5-6

    Supporting kindergarteners in building active, balanced, and healthy routines.

    Introduces young learners to fun, active play and simple wellness concepts like sharing, teamwork, and movement basics.

    1 FIT

    Ages 6-7

    Introducing wellness habits for growing independence and healthy choices.

    Builds on foundational skills with age-appropriate exercises, healthy eating exploration, and basic goal-setting to inspire lifelong habits.

    2 FIT

    Ages 7-8

    Strengthening confidence and teamwork through fun, wellness-focused activities.

    Encourages children to expand their physical and emotional skills through engaging movement games, mindful moments, and hands-on activities.

    3 FIT

    Ages 8-9

    Fostering problem-solving, self-awareness, and balanced wellness for third graders.

    Guides kids in refining coordination, understanding nutrition labels, and exploring emotional awareness with group and individual challenges.

    4 FIT

    Ages 9-10

    Encouraging goal-setting and resilience while balancing fitness and academics.

    Promotes responsibility for personal wellness through structured fitness routines, journaling, and learning how to make informed lifestyle choices.

    5 FIT

    Ages 10-11

    Preparing pre-teens for independence with structured fitness and nutrition routines.

    Prepares children for independence by focusing on advanced concepts like personal goal-setting, resilience, and creating balanced habits.

    Mindset

    Fostering positivity, resilience, and emotional intelligence.

    The Mindset education topic fosters emotional regulation, problem-solving, and confidence-building in elementary students. Through age-appropriate activities, children learn to identify and express emotions while building resilience and teamwork skills.

    Lifestyle

    Creating strong routines that encourage consistency and health.

    The Lifestyle education topic emphasizes the importance of daily routines, balance, and personal responsibility. It introduces time management, stress-relief techniques, and strategies for balancing schoolwork, play, and self-care.

    Nutrition

    Teaching the basics of balanced meals, hydration, and mindful eating.

    The Nutrition education topic helps children explore balanced meals, understand portion sizes, and recognize the role of food in energy and growth. Activities encourage trying new foods and learning about food groups and hydration.

    Fitness

    Encouraging physical activity through fun, age-appropriate exercises.

    The Fitness education topic focuses on building strength, endurance, and coordination through engaging activities and teamwork challenges. Children participate in structured fitness routines that promote physical confidence and healthy habits.
